Established in 2002, CERA is based at Writtle College, the largest and oldest land based educational provider in England and a partner institution of the University of Essex.
CERA's remit is to drive forward the agenda surrounding sustainable rural development in the UK and overseas. CERA delivers national and international sustainable rural development solutions through project management, research, consultancy and training.
